It just tucks in.. I think you actually have to pop out the center first, then put the cover on, then put the center plastic back on, so it sandwiches the bottom of the cover in.. securing it.

Did you use elastic on the bottom or just tuck it in? I like this but unsure exactly how to measure and make for mine. Thanks.

Thanks! It’s often overlooked.. people don’t really realize you can customize shift boots, but really it’s pretty easy! I’m glad that I’m not the only one who’s made these before!
