just did this for the first time. scrapped it with a spoon. tastes delicious, and the water we drank. but wow barely any oil at all. i was hopin for a hair treatment, it did my daughters ends only. i see why it is so expensive to buy the oil. A very fun experience

It’s hilarious that the most frequent thing mentioned is the plate. So I figured I would chime in. We had the same plates too…only the flowers were blue. HA!

Great post!! But approximately how much oil will one large coconut yield? 50ml? 100ml?
